No. Starter is a paid recurring-monitoring plan with a 14-day free trial — no payment method needed to start. The separate AI Visibility Report is a $18 one-time purchase and does not require an account or subscription.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans include the same entitlements as monthly plans and are billed once per year at a 17% discount.
Are prompt and competitor limits per brand?
No. Prompt and confirmed competitor limits are pooled across all brands in the workspace.
Who processes payments?
Stripe processes subscription payments and payment-card details. Franixo synchronizes subscription access from verified Stripe webhooks.
How do monthly task draft limits work?
Each workspace can generate 10 (Starter), 50 (Growth) or 200 (Agency) task drafts per calendar month (UTC). Reopening a saved draft never uses a credit, and a generation that fails is not counted.
